Fees, Insurance & Online Payment

Insurance Billing

As a courtesy to you, I bill your insurance for charged services. I accept most major medical insurance plans including Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Mountain Health Co-op, Aetna, Allegiance, Pacific Source, Cigna, TRICARE, First Choice, and United Health Care, and others.  Please let me know if you have a different insurance plan. For sessions billed to insurance the fee is $160 for each 60 minute session. You are responsible for all deductible and co-payments not covered directly by insurance. All co-pays are due at the time of service.

Pay as you go/Fee for Service

If you would like to pay for therapy services without billing insurance, the rate is $80-160 per 60 minute session paid at the time of service.  You pay the amount that you feel comfortable paying–seriously, any amount that you are comfortable with in that range will work.  If you would like to pay up-front for a certain number of sessions, I will provide additional discounts as negotiated.

Clinical Hypnotherapy

Heart Centered Hypnotherapy is available as a fee for service or it can be billed to insurance as trauma-focused psychotherapy. Each hypnotherapy session is about 90 minutes to 2 hours.  In general, we meet one or two times for an hour before going in for a longer session that includes regression work.  It may take 3-4 sessions  to achieve maximum benefit.  Please contact me for fee for service or out of pocket prices for hypnotherapy.

Medicaid, Medicare and Sliding Scale

I accept a number of Medicaid, Medicare, and sliding scale clients. Call for details and availability.

Methods of Payment

I accept cash, check, PayPal, all major credit cards, and Health Savings Account debit cards.

Online Payment
