Journey to Wholeness

An 8-Week TranceFormational Group Experience

“Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.”  Carl Jung

You are warmly invited into an 8-week journey of self-discovery, healing, and integration — a container for meeting yourself more fully, with more compassion, and in community.

It’s a guided descent and return: into your parts, your shadow, your family patterns, the beliefs that quietly run your life — and back out into a more grounded, authentic, and purposeful way of being.

What we’ll explore together:

  • Meeting your inner family with curiosity and radical self-compassion (IFS)
  • Boundaries as an act of love, and the shift from over-giving to genuine connection
  • Shadow work — reclaiming the parts of yourself you’ve learned to hide
  • Family patterns and attachment wounds, and how to gently rewrite them
  • The subconscious beliefs running beneath your conscious mind, and how real change actually happens
  • 3-hour TranceFormational Breathwork intensive — conscious connected breathing, mandala making, and integration circle
  • Conscious, interdependent relating
  • Discovering purpose and offering your gifts in service to something larger than yourself

How we’ll work: Through teaching, guided meditation, somatic and parts-based practices, breathwork, song, mandala making, and small and large group process — engaging mind, body, and heart together.

Schedule: Eight Thursday evenings, 7:00–9:00pm, October 8 – December 3 (no session on Thanksgiving, Nov 26). Our breathwork session on November 12 will run extended hours, 6:30–9:30pm.

  • Oct 8, 15, 22, 29
  • Nov 5, 12 (breathwork, 6:30–9:30pm), 19
  • Dec 3

Held in a small group container with room for real depth, honesty, and shared vulnerability.

Facilitated by: Lara Mattson Radle, LCPC, and Chuck Wayland, LCSW.

About your facilitators:

Chuck Wayland, LCSW is a psychotherapist in private practice in Montana, where he works with individuals and groups on psycho-spiritual growth and deep inner work. His approach is eclectic, collaborative, and relational, and draws on training in hypnotherapy, mindfulness and somatic practices, IFS parts work, and transpersonal psychology — helping clients understand the subconscious roots of their patterns and move toward more authentic, integrated ways of living.

Lara Mattson Radle, LCPC is a relational trauma specialist with a firm grounding in attachment theory who draws from an eclectic blend of experiential, somatic, and evidence-based approaches, and is trained as a Level 1 Internal Family Systems (IFS) practitioner. Her work is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that healing happens through authentic connection, increased self-understanding, and greater access to our own inner resources.
